Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) sm777 Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms. In such cases, sm777 may close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sm777 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility.
You must notify sm777 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized person. sm777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
Before any withdrawal may be processed, sm777 requires successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine System Identity (PhilSys) Card, Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card, Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by LTO, and SSS/GSIS Card. sm777 may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. sm777 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts following notification to the registered email address. If an Account balance reaches zero following the application of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting support.
sm777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Debit Card, and Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your sm777 Wallet in Philippine Peso. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. All transactions and balances on the sm777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sm777 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of an internationally-issued payment card are borne by the Player.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by sm777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms and, in the case of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.
sm777 prohibits any strategy or conduct designed to obtain promotional advantages in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity ("Bonus Abuse"). Nothing in these Terms limits sm777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." sm777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur; sm777 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
sm777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, any Real Money Funds balance remaining after deduction of amounts owed to sm777 (including voided bonus-related winnings) shall be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed within five (5) business days, with any remaining Real Money Funds returned to your verified payment method.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the sm777 Platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. sm777 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with sm777's support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Monitoring Division, which serves as the competent regulatory authority for disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated operators. sm777 is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution determinations.
All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. sm777 will not consider complaints relating to events more than ninety (90) days in the past, except in cases where the Player demonstrates that they could not reasonably have known of the issue within that period.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators and players within the Philippines shall take precedence over these Terms in all matters within PAGCOR's regulatory purview. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit, override, or conflict with PAGCOR's authority or applicable Philippine statutes.
